I had the unique opportunity to assist Grammy award-winning music artist and founder, Darryl Swann, in outlining a web3 transformation strategy for the Moshpit Virtual Concert platform. This process involved identifying opportunities to incorporate blockchain technologies such as cryptocurrency and NFTs into his product development roadmap. Following this, I collaborated with Darryl to refine his go-to-market strategy, and together we created a compelling pitch deck for the Moshpit virtual concert platform. This effort helped to secure a $350k investment from GameFi giant, Animoca Brands.
My contributions extended further when I managed a web3 marketing campaign in collaboration with MADworld, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands Japan. As the lead project manager, my responsibilities encompassed devising plans for content and influencer marketing campaigns and overseeing the design and development of campaign assets, which included a 3D NFT avatar and teaser video.

The avatar and teaser video below were both designed as pre-launch assets for the campaign. The video aired on New Year’s Eve during an Japanese international TV broadcast, and the avatar is slated to be launched later this year as part of a celebrity music influencer campaign. I led project management for both items, coordinating between two internal stakeholders and an external design partner to ensure that deadlines were met on-time and according to standard.
